The Process

When we have an opportunity under contract, we share a comprehensive deal overview — financials, market analysis, business plan, and projected returns.
Legal subscription documents are completed electronically. Our operating agreement outlines the structure, fees, and investor protections clearly.
Wire your equity contribution at closing. From that point forward, your role is passive — we handle everything.
Preferred returns are paid on a monthly or quarterly basis. At exit, remaining proceeds are distributed per the waterfall structure.
Transparency
Quarterly investor updates covering property performance, financials, capital improvements, and market conditions.
You'll have direct communication with the principal — not a customer service inbox. We believe in relationship-first investing.
