How It Works

Review the Deal Deck

When we have an opportunity under contract, we share a comprehensive deal overview — financials, market analysis, business plan, and projected returns.

Sign Documents

Legal subscription documents are completed electronically. Our operating agreement outlines the structure, fees, and investor protections clearly.

Fund & Close

Wire your equity contribution at closing. From that point forward, your role is passive — we handle everything.

Receive Distributions

Preferred returns are paid on a monthly or quarterly basis. At exit, remaining proceeds are distributed per the waterfall structure.
